All orders placed before 11am EST will be shipped the same business day unless notified otherwise. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.
If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know, we are happy to fulfill your request!

USPS orders are shipped Priority Mail and should be delivered in 2-5 days. However, USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and may take longer to be delivered. If you would like a pattern shipped First Class just put a note in the shipping comments section and we will mail your package for less than $5.00. Your total cost will be adjusted before being processed.
International Shipping Charges
We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International (1-3 weeks est delivery) or UPS Worldwide Expedited (2 days to Canada, 2-5 day delivery elsewhere) based on your choice during checkout. UPS Worldwide Expedited packages are fully trackable and insured, plus, delivery is guaranteed. We strongly recommend choosing the UPS option for the assurance it provides, especially for time sensitive, important or larger orders.
Shipping costs for USPS Priority Mail International are $15.00 for first $55.00 spent for Canada and Mexico. After that it will be an additional $5 for every $55 with a maximum shipping rate of $30.00 All other countries are $19.00 up to 45.00. For $45.01 to $75.00 shipping will be $42.00. $75.01 to $200.00 shipping will be $50.00. $200.01 to 260.00 shipping will be $60.00. $260.01 to $400.00 shipping will be $85.00. If any additional charges apply or if your order contains oversized items we will contact you. Any custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation Fee:
We charge a $5 fee for any canceled orders after the order has been processed.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 6.75% is included for Florida residents only.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Money Orders. We do not accept checks.

Return Policy:
We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Quilt club membership fees are non-refundable.

We keep all customer information confidential and do not share any information with any outside parties under any circumstances.
